Free will is a beautiful thing. And the real beauty of it is not only are you free to choose, but you are free to deal with what you choose, whether it be good or bad. With that in mind, understand that the daily training on this site is not a prescribed regimen for the general public. The daily training post is merely a record of what has been done. But not everything is revealed. The physical training is only a fraction of the equation. There are other protocols that remain hidden - nutrition, recovery techniques, supplementation, fight training, sleep cycles, and so forth. What you see here may not necessarily represent "intelligent training" by conventional definitions. Or perhaps it does.
The training I offer is open to anyone who is willing to do the work. But, that being said, my primary clients are warriors - Soldiers, Marines, Rangers, Special Operators, and First Responders. The people I train are risk-takers. No one pretends that the training we do is something more than what it is - physical capacity is merely a vector for better performance in our chosen professions.
But in the essence and interest of transferability, some of the training offered here is marginally "risky". But those who partake have decided this is acceptable risk, and have implemented the controls necessary to reduce the risk. I expect even more prudence and personal responsibility from outsiders who may or may not know what they're doing. Do the research. Measure the risk. Determine what is acceptable to you, know that nothing - NOTHING - on this site is a recommendation, and once you have done all this, take responsibility for your choices and their consequences.
You chose your path, you walk it.
